We booked our first cruise with another travel agency and while we never got "bad" service, we certainly didn't get the level of personalized service that Christopher provided. I switched the reservation for our 2nd cruise to Cruise Planners ~ Neverland Adventures Travel, and the experience 

We booked our first cruise with another travel agency and while we never got "bad" service, we certainly didn't get the level of personalized service that Christopher provided. I switched the reservation for our 2nd cruise to Cruise Planners ~ Neverland Adventures Travel, and the experience was flawless and fantastic. We had a lot of questions about cruising with an infant, and Christopher did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and helping us feel at ease. We've already booked another cruise with through him and have recommended him to several friends.

Five of us were planning a get away to celebrate my upcoming 50th birthday. We were coming from all over and Christopher took care of us. Any problems or questions that arose Christopher took care of it. We had a wonderful time on our Norwegian Sky cruise and a great stay in Miami. Fun had by all. Thank you.

I used Christopher to book a 2 bedroom villa at Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The process was very easy and friendly. I had lots of questions and scenarios that I threw Christopher’s way and he was understanding and patient through it all. We had to have some changes at the last 

I used Christopher to book a 2 bedroom villa at Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The process was very easy and friendly. I had lots of questions and scenarios that I threw Christopher’s way and he was understanding and patient through it all. We had to have some changes at the last minute that were out of our control and once again Christopher was able to make these happen quickly without any delay. Our stay was great and we appreciated all of the information about the resort he shared before hand, it really enhanced our stay. I would recommend Christopher to anyone looking for any vacation. Whether you are an adventure seeking family or just looking for some down time on a beach, he will handle all of your requests and you’ll not have to worry about anything!
